The battery using pre-doped Si anode developed in the NEP B project in 2021 can extend the flight time of drones, so there has been a strong demand from related parties to commercialize it. It has taken some time to select a production base, but we are finally seeing progress. Please wait a little longer.

 

High-capacity Si is stabilized by pre-doping, and the irreversible capacity becomes zero. Pre-doping can also eliminate the irreversible capacity of not only Si but also commonly used graphite, and can also react Li with active materials that do not contain Li, such as organic cathode materials. ORLIB's continuous pre-doping device can be used to easily perform pre-doping by setting a wide range of conditions. Please come and experience the world of batteries with no irreversible capacity (please inquire about usage fees, etc.). A one-minute pre-doping can eliminate irreversible capacity and increase capacity by 10%.

To further develop and evolve secondary battery technology, cross-disciplinary collaboration and cooperation are essential. If you have come up with a new material or idea, please let us know. Depending on the content, we will cooperate with you for a fee or free of charge.

ORLIB is confident in the effectiveness of pre-doped Si technology. It can be used for batteries for drones that fly for long periods of time, high-energy LFP/Si batteries that have no resource issues, all-solid-state batteries, and organic active material batteries, and can be used to make batteries that are much more stable than Li metal.
